When she arrived at my house, the smoke was very thick and some of my bushes and trees were on fire, and my Great Dane was locked in the backyard! Shawn quickly grabbed my Dane, Moose, and my Daschund, Bennie, and secured them in her car. That's about all I would've done; I would've grabbed the dogs and left. But Shawn went BACK inside and grabbed all the dog food, dog beds, Bennie's crate and leashes! Then she went back AGAIN and took photos from the walls that she thought might be irreplaceable!! I lost most of the shrubbery and a few trees to the fire, but luckily, my house survived. Shawn will be my pet sitter for life!!!

Just had Shawn for a two-night stay with my boys and she was amazing! She kept me informed and sent lots of pictures. She did everything I asked of her and took such good care of my boys. Shawn is everything I could ask for in a cat sitter. We recently added a third kitty to our family and since the new kitty is tiny, curious, and fragile we knew we needed more than one visit a day. This time around we had Shawn visiting twice a day. She spent a lot of time with our fur babies and followed all of our instructions perfectly

This time around we had Shawn visiting twice a day. She spent a lot of time with our fur babies and followed all of our instructions perfectly. But she didn't just go through the steps then leave, she took time to give each kitty the attention they needed/wanted, spent extra time cuddling, made notes of kitten dangers or issues and took a ton of pics! After every visit she sent pics, vids and a detailed account of what happened during each visit. She was always quick to respond to our texts and adjust to new requests. It's always a good sign when your kitties don't seem to miss you as much because they were so well cared for in your absence! A+++ pet sitter!!
Will be booking her next time for sure.

I have not taken vacations because the last two times, Sara was so frightened that she would not come into the house and would hardly eat anything. In addition, Sara is on medication for her Addison's Disease and I had been so concerned that she would not take her medication and would go into Addison's crisis. Shawn sent me pictures of Sara sitting by her, getting her back scratched, eating, relaxed and sleeping by her feet. She would let me know on a daily basis that "all is well on the home front" so that I could enjoy my vacation. Shawn is totally trust-worthy and left my house in good condition, if not better condition than it was before! She is professional, dependable and very responsible. Shawn loves animals and loves interacting with them. I feel so fortunate that I found such a wonderful pet sitter and now I can start taking vacations that I previously denied myself. Having someone come into our home was always a nervous thought, but we also did not like the idea of taking her away from home to stay in an unfamiliar space with strangers feeding her twice a day. From the moment we chatted, Shawn was super sweet and accommodating! She knew the importance of our pup and understood our love for her and our concerns. We coordinated a meet & greet and Shawn happily came over to our home to bond with Piper. Immediately she went down to Piper's level and created a connection we were only too happy to see. Shawn is so friendly, warm and relatable. We've scheduled multiple walks, visits and playtime with her and each time has only been positive. She provides videos, photos, updates on potty trips as well as any concerns around the neighborhood or home. I cannot express enough how happy we are to not only have met Shawn ourselves, but to know there is another human that Piper loves to have around for comfort and care. She promptly responded and scheduled a meet & greet to meet our 16-week old goldendoodle puppy, Rogan. She hit it off with our little guy right away and was so informative and knowledgeable about puppies, training, and tips and tricks. We continued talking and by the time she left, we had no idea we'd been chatting for AN HOUR AND A HALF! She has such a sweet, calming, and trusting demeanor. We immediately booked her for recurring dog walks 2 days/week. We couldn't believe how detailed she was with her updates! We received very detailed info about what happened during her visit from start to finish. She included 8 photos showing playtime, potty time, walking, etc. My husband and I were so incredibly impressed and KNEW we had chosen the perfect dog walker for our doodle! I feel so blessed to have found Shawn and trust her wholeheartedly in our home along with walking and taking care of our puppy. She even checked in our kitty, brought packages inside off the porch, and checks to ensure food and water is full and fresh. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH for any/all your pet needs!
